@stowball @markdalgleish IMO the answer isn’t to “bridge” the gap, it’s to remove it altogether. Get your designers developing and your developers designing — cross functional teams. Design is a process, not a job title. It can be learnt and taught and fostered ☺️Permalink On twitter.com
