      @robqnm @annaspargoryan My only prob w them is on every card I’ve got from them (up to the 3rd now) they have misspelt my surname. It is “Lo Russo” with a space — I have had “Lo-russo” “L Russo” and “Russo” They are really lovely in support and fix it promptly but they clearly have systemic issues here

    @robqnm @annaspargoryan At some point institutions need to realise not every name is anglocentric “John Smith” style and that it’s really important to get these things right for people. Just a few weeks ago I had issues confirming my ID at Service NSW because the spelling didn’t match across diff cards
