      @PhidMcAwesome Maybe they were lazy/poorly-trained at the peak of the empire. Just joined up for the benefits, free dental and a pension. And now the only ones that are left are battle-hardened SAS-level loyalists who can’t imagine a civilian life; this is their true calling & they live for it
